I have now been training with Juliet for approximately 18 months and continue to do so. It has been a life changing journey physically, mentally and emotionally. I have lost over 2.5 stones and lost 20% body fat. I have gained muscle (still cannot believe this). My body shape has changed dramatically. I have falling in love with me and my foods. I have adopted a healthier lifestyle. I have survived two summers without put on my usual 0.5 to 3 stones in weight based on my previous year’s experience. I have maintained a consistent size 12 for 12 months now. I no longer weigh myself. Over 12 months since I have stopped have 500grams of chocolate 5 days per week.
Juliet has a sense of humour which helps during the workouts. She provides a helping hand when I think I am at failure to push to the next level. She works right along side me giving the extra motivation at all times. The round the clock support including providing feedback on my food choices including providing healthier choices and recipes has been amazing. It has taken commitment to training and trust in the process. Juliet gives 100% commitment to her clients no 2 training sessions are the same.

Juliet is an outstanding Personal Trainer. Her physique is a testament to the work she does and she has a warm and caring personality. Juliet has ensured that I push myself to achieve the results I want. My clothes are a better fit and my body has more definition than before. I had Juliet for pt sessions in the gym and outside in the park, She insured my technique was always correct to avoid injury was always reliable and punctual and had a routine planned out. Alongside a great training programme, she encourages and motivates me to push myself to go that bit further and I always can! I have been training with Juliet now for about 3 months and the changes in my body, fitness and strength is amazing. I had been working out before hand for over a year without seeing any real progress. This is all due to not eating the right foods and not doing the correct exercise. I am never hungry now and feel like I eat mountains of food. I'm not going to lie and say it's easy, because it isn't and Juliet works you hard, but once you start seeing those results you will want more. This is not a quick fix and is not like one of them fad diets. It is a lifestyle change and if you stick to it properly you will see amazing changes in your body, skin and energy levels.
Juliet is a inspiration and a pleasure to workout with. She listens to your needs and you have her support the whole way through your journey. I am looking forward to watching my body change over the next few months.
