Minimum of 4 people, maximum 6. EMOM (every minute on the minute) structured workout boot camp style. Sessions are paid 4 weeks at a time for firm commitment and impact of outstanding exercise.
Minimum of 10 people training together. Designed to build strength and fitness via a variety of high intense interval training. Includes training methods like - drills, sprints, push ups, lunges, squats and much more. Exercise with a personal trainer is the best way to achieve goals.
Can't meet in person, but still want to hit those targets, then online training and nutrition is your path to your goal. Remote personal trainer helps with exercise and nutrition.
