Not at all! The combination of the exercises addressing the different muscle groups is what dictates the changes. No machines are needed for this. Its all about adding the required resistance in different forms. I use bodyweight and equipment to achieve this, and results are fantastic!
Eat at least two hours prior a meal containing carbohydrates and protein. Afterwards eat within 1 hour to feed, replenish and repair a meal containing carbohydrates. Keep fat low at these times as it will slow down the digestion and absorption of the carbohydrates. Depending on your goal will decide which foods to eat out of these food groups. Your personal trainer will direct you.
This depends on your activity levels, commitment and eating plan. The more you put in is the more you will get out. This should not be a race to get fast and quick results. It should be a lifestyle created to travel the fitness road with your personal trainer guiding you along the way.
As long as you have medical clearance to train, all things are possible. Your plan will be adapted and created bespoke for you to reach your aim with a professional personal trainer.
Your only be cheating yourself, so no. What I can help you with is to find replacements for foods that cheated you from achieving your goals. These can be added to your meals without adding the guilt. As time goes on your see that the cheats you use to love really did not love you bac as they rob you of weight loss.
